  A favorite of my wife and I. The prices can't be beat. The place is a bit of a hole in the wall but the food is great. Easy to find. Parking is a pain. Get there early if you want a seat. Can be cramped. There is outdoor seating, but it is very limited as well. Can bring dogs for the outdoor seating. Everything on the menu is good. But I recommend the wings, crab, and steamers.

  Was like stepping back it time at this place but that goes for the prices as well. Very reasonably priced. Had an order of the grouper which was excellent. The conch salad was good but some pieces were a little too chewy. The place is small and busy but they know how to serve customers efficiently.

  TL;DR - Good seafood, unfriendly waitress, quick service, order as takeout or go at an odd hour.
  
  Building:
  Seating is at a premium. There are bar-style seats around the grill area (roughly 15) and then four tables for four outside. It has a small parking lot, but there is parking available in the vacant lot just North of the restaurant. We had to take our food to go because there weren't 12 individual seats available.
  Service:
  The waitress was not friendly; she reiterated several times how long it would take them to fill our order. A friend of mine asked her for a recommendation and she responded by saying that she couldn't because they were too busy for her to spend time suggesting what he should order. Our group of 12 were the only people waiting in line, and there were a handful of open spots at the counter. Only a 25 minute wait for our entire order.
  Food:
  The food was delicious. Our group had 7 different menu options, and everyone was very satisfied with the quantity and quality of the food.
